QUIKTECH Refund Policy
At QUIKTECH, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes, scooters, and parts. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help—within the limits of UK consumer law.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. To exercise this right:
- Email us at quiktech2025@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
- Goods must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund if goods are returned damaged or incomplete.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or modified products
- Opened sealed parts (e.g. batteries, brake systems)
- Sale items marked “final sale”
Return Shipping
Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customers must use tracked shipping to ensure proof of return.
